The Talking Mole

This Friday sees Canadian techno/disco/house music legend The Mole coming down to grace the decks at Make Me's 3rd Birthday. He's an awesome producer so we thought we'd ask him some questions in advance of his set to get an idea of what we should expect:

MM: Royalist or Republican?

ah right ... the political animal.
the good man needs a good society to have a good life.
that thing
makes me think of nicholson's monologue about the aliens in easy rider. the highly evolved venusians who've chosen, for some reason, to live amoung us, in all walks of life, in order to ease the shock, of their perfect warless, moneyless, leaderless (each man is his own leader) soceity, to our antiquated systems. that what he says. the shock to our antiquated systems.
what makes their soceity perfect? everyone is able to feed, clothe, house, and transport themselves without effort.
i guess if i were to run with the venusians, which seems like a good idea, i'd have to say neither....

MM: King or Queen?
got to be the queens....

MM: Digital or analogue?
